Govia shortlisted to bid for the
London Rail Concession

Wednesday 7 June - Following today’s announcement by Transport for London of the candidates shortlisted to bid for the London Rail Concession, Govia chief executive Keith Ludeman said:

"I am delighted that Govia has been given the opportunity to bid for this important concession. As operator of Southern and Southeastern, Govia is already a key player in London rail. London is our home so we are well-qualified to make a real difference to the network in this part of the capital."

"We want to work in partnership with Transport for London to deliver change and regenerate an underperforming service, giving Londoners a better journey experience."

"This is welcome news and we are well-prepared for it, with an experienced team in place ready to begin putting together the Govia bid."
